The Ombudsperson of Assistance for the Livelihood of Origins (ALO) is an independent, neutral and impartial person appointed by the Executive Committee (EC). The main task of Ombudsperson is to investigate complaints or grievances lodged by a member of the ALO staff or any other person against any decision(s) or actions(s) of the ALO management which may be considered inconsistent with ALO’s code of conduct and ethics and/any other organizational policies and rules.
